XPro Events LLC and its parent company, Kamboj Enterprises, as well as their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “XPro Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offer ticketing and event management services. These services enable organizations and individuals to organize, manage, and attend transformative live events to connect with and learn from leading figures in various industries. Our services are provided through the XPro Events mobile and web applications (collectively, the “Services”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any part of our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the entity’s behalf, and that the entity agrees to indemnify you and XPro Events for violations of the Terms.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Services. Your use of the Services after any such changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).

Use of the Services

You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Services provided by us are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that XPro Events provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify XPro Events of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Content

All content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content.

Your Rights

XPro Events gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by XPro Events as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by XPro Events, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services

We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. Please review the Content Restrictions and User Conduct Restrictions to understand what is prohibited on the Services.

Our Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of XPro Events and its licensors. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the XPro Events name or any of the XPro Events trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Please read this section carefully since it limits the liability of XPro Events and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors (collectively, the “XPro Events Entities”). Each of the subsections below only applies up to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties or the limitation of liability in contracts, and as a result, the contents of this section may not apply to you.

General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms, are the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and XPro Events regarding your use of the Services.
